Who is responsible

This website presents QZY Models, architectural model makers with a Dubai office at Office 207, Building 12, Bay Square, Business Bay, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. It is built and operated by Premavu, a venture of Whatevy FZE LLC, Business Centre, Sharjah Publishing City Free Zone, Sharjah, United Arab Emirates (licence 4430246.01). Enquiries sent through this website are received by Premavu and passed to QZY Models so that the team can answer you. For any privacy request, reach us through hello@premavu.com or the enquiry form on this website.

What we collect and why

When you use the enquiry form we receive what you type into it. It is used to reply to you about your project. It is not sold and it is not used for advertising.

• Enquiry: your name, your phone number and its country, your email address if you give one, the type of model if you choose one, and your message.
• Delivery: the enquiry is sent by email through Resend, an email delivery service.
• Protection against abuse: the form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that a submission comes from a person. Cloudflare may process technical data such as your IP address for that check under its own privacy policy. To limit repeated submissions we also keep a shortened one-way fingerprint of the sending IP address for about ten minutes; it cannot be turned back into the address.
• WhatsApp, phone, email, Instagram, LinkedIn and YouTube: if you choose to contact us or follow a link through those services, they handle that under their own terms.

Cookies and tracking

This website sets no cookies of its own and uses no analytics or advertising trackers. Fonts, images, films and scripts are served from this website itself. The Turnstile check may set a short-lived technical cookie that it needs to work.

How long we keep it

Enquiry emails are kept for as long as they are needed to handle your request, and no longer than 24 months unless you become a client. In that case they form part of the client records kept for the duration of the project and the retention period required by UAE law.

Your rights

You can ask what is held about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Reach us through hello@premavu.com or the enquiry form on this website, and you will have an answer within 30 days.

Hosting and security

The website is served over an encrypted connection with strict security headers from Cloudflare's network. No personal data is stored on the website itself.
