04Dynamic models

Lift the roof. Walk the floors.

Stainless steel hydraulic rods only 8 mm thin raise the roof and the first floor, so every level of a villa can be seen, furnished and lit, with ceiling lights on each floor.

From drawings to opening day.

  1. 01

    Brief and drawings

    Your plans, 3D files or renders, the scale, the size of the room and the date the model must stand there.

  2. 02

    Design and abstraction

    We decide what to show and how: the level of detail, the materials and where light and motion help the story.

  3. 03

    Fabrication

    Precision cutting, 3D printing and hand finishing, from facade panels to the smallest furniture and figures.

  4. 04

    Light, sound, motion

    Interior and landscape lighting, programmed shows, screens and mechanics, tested before anything ships.

  5. 05

    Packing and transport

    Custom crates and careful logistics, so a model arrives in any city exactly as it left the workshop.

  6. 06

    Installation and care

    Assembly on site, final lighting checks and maintenance for as long as the sales gallery is open.

Before you call us.

What do you need to prepare a quote?

Drawings or 3D files of the project, the scale or the size of the table you have in mind, what the model should show (exterior only, interiors, landscape, lighting) and the date it must be installed. Renders help us match materials and mood.

How long does a model take?

It depends on size and detail. Across the projects in our 2026 company profile, production took between 7 and 45 days. Tell us your launch date first and we will plan back from it.

Do you deliver and install in the Gulf?

Yes. We pack every model in its own crate, ship it, assemble it on site and check the lighting before handover. Our Dubai office looks after projects in the UAE and the wider Gulf.

Can a model light up, move or connect to a screen?

Yes. We build interior and landscape lighting, programmed lighting shows, hydraulic lifting systems such as roofs and floors that rise, and models linked to LED screens for sales presentations.

Do you only build architecture models?

Architecture is our core, together with masterplans, landscape and interiors. We also build industrial, scientific and exhibition models that explain how something works.
